• WATER CHILLER WARRANTY: All OSMO PLUNGE water chillers have a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• ACCESSORIES WARRANTY: All OSMO PLUNGE accessories are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

General Terms and Conditions:

• OSMO PLUNGE warranties only apply to items purchased directly from us. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from a warranty claim.
• Warranty is non-transferable and remains with the original purchaser.
• For any missing parts, damage, or defects within 3 days of delivery, we will promptly replace the item at no extra cost. Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

What's Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage due to misuse, exceeding weight limits, improper storage, impact with objects, or unauthorized modifications. Any alterations not authorized by OSMO PLUNGE will void the warranty.

Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the remaining warranty period starting from the original receipt date.
